By accessing mylarbagsonline.com (the “Site”) or requesting quotes, samples, or orders through MylarBags (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of use and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Information on this Site
Content about barrier films, dimensions, MOQs, and lead times is for general guidance. Specifications, pricing, and compliance statements for your SKU are confirmed only in a written quote, order acknowledgment, or specification sheet issued for your project.
3. Quotes & orders
Quote requests submitted through forms or email do not create an obligation to sell until we accept an order in writing under our standard sales terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of sizes, artwork, regulatory claims, and product compatibility with the packaging you select.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, text, logos, and original images are owned by MylarBags or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content for commercial use without permission. Your trademarks and artwork supplied to us remain yours; you grant us a limited license to use them solely to fulfill your order.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MylarBags is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
