Return and Refund Policy 

At Mylar Bags Online, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality custom packaging bags and outstanding customer support. We aim to handle all return and refund requests with fairness and transparency to ensure your satisfaction. 

Reporting Issues 

If you receive a defective batch of packaging bags, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Early notification allows our team to address the issue and find a resolution quickly. 

Returns for Defective Products 

To be eligible for a reprint of defective items, the original order must be returned to us via mail within 20 days of delivery

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned bags, we will initiate the reprint process. 
  • Turnaround: Reprints for bulk orders typically take approximately 10 business days
  • Expedited Service: If you require an urgent replacement, expedited reprints can be arranged for an additional fee. 

Returns for Non-Defective Products 

We also accept returns for non-defective products within 20 days of delivery, provided the packaging bags are returned in their original, unused condition. Please note that for non-defective items, the costs associated with reprints or replacements are the customer’s responsibility. 

 

Refund Policy 

Because our products are custom-manufactured to your unique specifications, Mylar Bags Online offers partial refunds only. 

  • Production Costs: Production begins immediately following client approval. As a result, we retain 99% of the product cost to cover materials and manufacturing labor. 
  • Finality: Full refunds are not available once the custom packaging bags have been produced and delivered. 

 

Return Shipping Costs 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
